Well, hello there, my fellow traveler!

It is early morning. I’ve been up since four.
I listened to the audio message that’s included at the bottom of this text.
I heard my dog, Ollie’s nails clicking on the floor, and the music in the background, and near the end, the last sound I heard before I closed was Ollie’s collar rattling on his food dish as he enjoyed his meal.

Life happening around me. What sounds do you hear? What sites do you see?

Now take a deep breath. Allow your body to rest and settle in. Take another deep breath with me my friend.

Tune in to your purple chair time. Prepare for your eyes to see more clearly and your ears to hear more deeply.

You see I believe that we have a depth available that’s far deeper and truer and more resonant than just our what our physical eyes see and our physical ears hear.

So take another deep breath, my friend. And take another.
Settle in to the depths of your purple chair time. Close your physical eyes and look more deeply.

Take another deep breath.

Somehow, our eyes see more clearly, and our ears hear more carefully.
Honor and sense your intrinsic sacred wisdom rising above the noise and the cacophony of everyday life.

I believe this is a… concept. I think it’s a reality actually. You see, this time that we spend in our purple chairs? That is rich.

The richness of the silence. The stillness, the solitude. I’ve even seen studies that say seven seconds of this kind of time accumulates… And… in my language, gives me a peace that’s unchangeable. It’s always there amidst the changeable world we live in. We just need to look for it. Rediscover it.

So take another breath, sweet friend, sweet traveler. Sit down in your purple chair, wherever it may be, whatever color it would be. And close your eyes; your physical eyes. See more clearly.

From This Purple Chair To Yours…🪑💜🪑 with much love and joy and hope and peace and clarity,

Kathy
