Welcome back, sweet fellow traveler!
Much “water has gone under our bridges”hasn’t it? Every moment change is going on within and without.
so come… now is the time to take a breath. It is in this breath that we can recognize change and even watch or notice transformations happening.
Sit.
Settle.
Let your body arrive before your thoughts do.
Notice your Earth-suit—your senses, your feelings, your human self—and allow it to rest. There is no need to fix, judge, or control what arises.
Feel the Infinite within you. Sense the steady, tender Presence that has held you from “before earth-birth” and continues to hold you now.
Your thoughts may speak; let them.
Your beliefs may stir; let them.
And yet, here in this space, they are companions, not rulers.
Let the Flow arrive. Not as a task or a process, but as a gentle reminder: you were made to overflow, and overflow begins in stillness. Breathe.
Notice the rhythm of Presence—the pause between your inhale and exhale, the quiet space where clarity and wisdom emerge.
You are both finite and infinite. Your Earth- suit is real, alive, and sometimes loud—but it is always held by something far larger than itself.
Rest here, fully, even briefly. Return to this purple chair… Your purple chair, as often as you need. From this place of peace, you may rise more whole, more steady, and more aligned with the life flowing through you.
This Purple-Chair “Breadcrumb of Nourishment:”
For the body, mind, heart and soul:
“Be still, and know that I am God.” – Psalm 46:10
The Lord is my shepherd; I lack nothing. He leads me beside quiet waters and restores my soul. – Psalm 23
Be still.
I am held.
Be still.
The Lord is my shepherd;
Be still.
I lack nothing.
Breathe into This Flow.
Breathe out overflow.
And is it always is From This Purple Chair To Yours that I take a great big sigh of thankfulness and gratefulness for you. Though we may be miles apart, somehow our purple chair time connects us.
May you feel held and comforted and encouraged and connected today.
Have a good good day indeed!
